The Box Problem: Every 1:64 Collector Faces It

Sealed and invisible, or displayed and devalued? The dilemma that started this whole brand — and how we ended it.

The Box Problem: Every 1:64 Collector Faces It

Ask any serious 1:64 collector what hurts more: never seeing their grail, or tossing the box it came in. You'll get a long silence. That silence is the Box Problem.

Premium diecast isn't like other collectibles. A Kaido House box is designed art. A Mini GT box carries the car's number, its edition, its resale value. Lose the box and the car is worth less. Keep the car in the box and... what did you even buy it for?

The drawer of shame

Every collector has one — the drawer where the boxes go. Stacked, crushed, “I'll sort them later”. Meanwhile the cars sit exposed on a shelf collecting dust and sun-fade.

So we built the case that refuses to choose

The Double-Decker is one clear acrylic case with two levels: the original box slides into the lower chamber, the car displays on top. Nothing in a drawer. Nothing fading. Everything visible, protected, and worth more together.

It's a design registered in India — the original. Made in-house, shipped pan-India, ₹840 for the Mini GT size and ₹880 for Kaido House.
