Cash on Delivery — where it is not available
COD is not offered on engraved cases or on any 3D-printed item. Engraved cases are made to your order and 3D-printed items sit at a price point where a returned parcel costs more than the item. Those products are prepaid only, and the restriction is shown on the product page before you add to cart.
Dispatch and transit time
Orders are dispatched within TODO — confirm the real dispatch SLA in working days of payment confirmation (or of COD confirmation over chat). Cases are made in small batches, so a made-to-order or engraved item may take longer; we will tell you at the time of the order rather than after.
Once dispatched, typical transit time:
| Destination | Working days after dispatch |
|---|---|
| Metro cities | 2–3 |
| Non-metro towns | 3–7 |
| Remote and hill areas | 7–12 |
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or local restrictions are outside our control, though we will chase them on your behalf.
Tracking
You receive the courier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over. TODO — confirm the courier partner (Delhivery / Shiprocket) once selected.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check the address and pincode before ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or nobody was reachable, re-dispatch is charged at the normal shipping rate.
Damage in transit
An unboxing video is required for any damage claim. Record one continuous video from the parcel sealed to the item fully unwrapped. Acrylic survives shipping well when packed properly, but when it does break the video is the only way we can tell a transit failure from anything else — and it is how we claim against the courier. Without it we cannot process a damage claim. See Refunds & Returns.
