These terms cover buying from diekastautofill.com — an Indian business selling handmade acrylic display cases and 3D-printed accessories, shipping within India only.

Who we are

Diekastautofill designs and manufactures acrylic display cases and 3D-printed accessories for 1:64 scale diecast models, in-house in India. TODO — insert the registered legal entity name, proprietor name and registered address. Razorpay will not activate a live account without them.

Tax and invoicing

We are not registered for GST. No GST is charged on your order, no GST is collected, and no input tax credit can be claimed against a purchase from us. Your receipt is a bill of supply, not a tax invoice. If our turnover crosses the registration threshold this will change and prices will be restated at that point. TODO — the e-commerce-operator GST rules are still being researched; confirm before launch.

Prices and currency

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything except shipping, which is added at checkout. Current catalogue prices run from ₹89 to ₹1,099. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — not when it is placed. We may decline an order, and will refund you in full if we do: mispriced listings, an item we cannot make to the standard we want to ship, an address we cannot deliver to, or a suspected fraudulent order.

All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not offered at present. See the Shipping Policy.

Handmade goods and fitment

Cases are made in small batches by hand. Minor variation in finish, edge polish and tolerance is normal and is not a defect. Fitment is stated per packaging format on each fitment page, and we have deliberately not published measured dimensions we have not taken. If fit matters to your purchase, ask us with a photo before ordering.

Product images

Photographs are of our own products. Diecast models shown in photographs are not included with the case — you are buying the case only.

Trademarks

Mini GT, Kaido House, Hot Wheels, Pop Race, Inno64, Time Micro and PGM are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any of them. Those names appear on this site solely to describe which packaging format a case is built to fit.

Our design

The Double-Decker case is a design registered in India. Copying it is not a compliment.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. A display case is a cover for a shelf, not protective equipment — we are not liable for damage to a model from dropping, stacking, heat, direct sunlight or misuse. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. TODO — name the city whose courts have jurisdiction, once the registered address is settled.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
